Kids and grown-ups -- Join us on Saturday, Feb. 21, from 10:30-11 a.m. for a special Circle Time focused on play. We'll be joined by Pat Rumbaugh, a Takoma Park resident and award-winning tennis teacher, who is organizing Takoma Park's participation in the National Play Day this fall.
