On July 21, 2009, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 7000 block of Willow Avenue for reports of a residential burglary that had occurred earlier that day between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The victim stated she arrived home at 5:15 p.m. and noticed her back door open and her dining room window screen busted out.
