Assault
An aggravated assault occurred Friday, July 3 at 9:45 p.m. in the 900 block of University Boulevard, Tijuana Café. The victim was in Tijuana Café when he was assaulted by the suspect with a knife. The victim was victim was transported and treated at the Washington Hospital Center for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Suspect: H/M, approximately 20-25 years of age, 5’2 and 120 pounds, last seen wearing a white shirt and jeans.

1200 block of Holton Lane, Friday, July 3 at 11:48 a.m. Attempt forced entry. Property taken. Suspects identified, charges pending.

On Saturday, July 4 at 11:10 p.m. in the 7700 block of Carroll Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
On Saturday, July 4 at 11:25 p.m. in the 7300 block of Takoma Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
On Sunday, July 5 at 2:24 p.m. in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, two adult males were arrested and charged with Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage.
On Sunday, July 5 at 10:05 p.m. in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Drinking in Public.
On Monday, July 6 at 3:00 a.m. in the 8300 block of Eastridge Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Destruction of Property and Attempt Auto Theft.
