Robbery
An attempt armed robbery occurred Tuesday, June 30 at 11:10 p.m. in the 7200 block of Carroll Avenue. Victim was walking home from the Takoma Metro when approached by a black, 4-door sedan, possibly a Ford Crown Victoria. The front passenger exited the vehicle holding an object, but the victim could not confirm it was a weapon. The suspect demanded the victims property and the victim ran. Suspect: B/M, 58, 18-25 years old, dreads, wearing a white tank top and grey capri pants.
Burglary Residential
Three residential burglaries occurred on Monday, June 29 between 11:27 a.m. and 1:07 p.m.: 7100 block of Cedar Avenue, Unit block of Hickory Avenue, Unit block of Montgomery Avenue. No forced entry and property taken in all three incidents. Potential suspect for Hickory Avenue and Montgomery Avenue identified.

On Sunday, June 28 at 10:17 a.m. in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, three adult males were arrested and charged with Drinking in Public.
