Chief Ronald A. Ricucci from the Takoma Park Police Department announces that on June 18, 2009, a 17 year old juvenile of Takoma Park Maryland, was arrested and charged with three counts of destruction of property for the destruction of three vehicles.
On June 18, 2009, at approximately 2:46 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 500 block of New York Avenue for reports of three subjects breaking mirrors on parked vehicles. One of the victim’s was able to give officers a direction of where the subjects headed and they were able to apprehend and receive identification by the victim on one of the subjects. The juvenile was arrested and released to the custody of his parents.
