FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chief Ronald A. Ricucci from the Takoma Park Police Department announces the arrests of Andrew Kim Hill, 32, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, and Tristan Raymar Setalsingh, 25, of Takoma Park, Maryland, for auto theft, theft over $500, conspiracy to commit auto theft, providing a false name to uniformed officers and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
On May 31, 2009, at approximately 3:21 p.m., after consultation with the victim, Takoma Park Police responded to the 7700 block of Garland Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland, for reports that the victim’s stolen vehicle could be located there with the suspects. Upon arrival, officers located the stolen vehicle and apprehended the suspects.
Hill and Setalsingh were both was arrested and transported to the Montgomery Central Processing Unit for an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
