Citizens have reported that, during the past four days, they have been confronted by a gentleman at Safeway (Crossroads) and Giant (Arliss) indicating that his car is broken (or for some other reason) and he urgently needs help to get to somewhere else. In one incident, he indicated he needed to get to Boston Market at White Oak. In the second incident, he indicated he needed to get to Jerry's at Four Corners. It appears he is approaching women who are alone as they enter or leave the supermarket. Please be aware of your surroundings and do not fall prey to scams or unwanted predicaments.
