On January 3, 2009, at approximately 11:02 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 1000 block of Anne Street, Takoma Park, Maryland, for reports of an armed robbery. The victim advised that as he was leaving the doorstep of a residence at approximately 10:55 p.m., and nearing his vehicle, two subjects approached him from behind. They had a gun and demanded property. The victim complied and both subjects fled to a vehicle that was parked at the intersection of Anne Street and Wildwood Drive. The subjects were last seen driving on Anne Street towards Carroll Avenue. The victim was not injured. Both subjects can only be described as black males driving a dark blue four-door vehicle.
