On November 9, 2008, at approximately 12:40 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 7100 block of Cedar Avenue for reports of a burglary that had occurred earlier in the day. The victims left their residence on November 9 at approximately 8:45 a.m. and returned at approximately 11:00 a.m. After about an hour, the victims noticed property missing from their home.
