All witches, ghosts, goblins and parents, meet Sgt. Smith for a fun and spooky night of trick-or-treating. Sgt. Smith will be issuing glow sticks and reflective Halloween bags to kids and following them around the area in a marked police car. Please meet at 7500 Maple Avenue (Municipal Building).
