On October 26, 2008, at approximately 8:45 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the Seventh Day Adventist Church in the 6500 block of New Hampshire Avenue, for reports of a burglary. Unknown persons broke a window from the rear of the church and entered the premises, which is currently under renovation. Property was taken. Investigation continues under case #08063662.
