City of Takoma Park officials, together with Montgomery County and community members, will participate in a panel discussion to raise awareness of underage drinking on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Takoma Park Middle School, 7611 Piney Branch Road, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
