On October 7, 2008, Takoma Park Police responded to a residence on Winding Mill Way for reports of a burglary that had occurred earlier. The victim left her residence on October 6 at approximately 9:00 a.m. and returned on October 7 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Upon entry, the victim found her home had been burglarized. Property was taken from the residence. Point of entry was a rear basement window that had been smashed out. Investigation continues under case #08059571.
