FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chief Ronald A. Ricucci from the Takoma Park Police Department announces the arrest of Nathaniel Razier, 34, of Adelphi, Maryland, and Abilla Ichingwah, 31, of Alexandria, Virginia, for stolen auto, theft over, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On July 27, 2008, at approximately 12:07 a.m., in the 1300 block of Holton Lane, Takoma Park, Maryland, officers conducted a random check of a Maryland tag number that came back as a stolen vehicle from Montgomery County. A felony stop was conducted. A search incident to arrest revealed 1.5 grams of crack cocaine and paraphernalia from the vehicle, as well as from the driver of the vehicle, Razier. Razier and Ichingwah were both arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit for an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
