FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On June 24, 2008, at approximately 1:57 a.m., Takoma Park Police were on patrol in the area of Sligo Mill Road and Sheridan Street. Upon a check of the Day Labor trailer, officers found Hector Espino, 37, of no fixed address inside the trailer. Espino was arrested and charged with 4th Degree Burglary, Trespassing, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, and providing false information to a police officer. Espino was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit for an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
