At 2:51, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm approaching the County which has intensified past severe limits. THIS STORM IS SHOWING SIGNS OF ROTATION AND IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS CELL. Winds of 70MPH possible.
