FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On May 7, 2008, Merhawi S. Seghit, 20, of Takoma Park, Maryland, was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) within 1,000 feet of a school and trespassing. Seghit was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit for an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
