FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On May 9, 2008, at approximately 10:17 p.m., Takoma Park Police responded to the 8200 block of Roanoke Avenue for reports of a strong armed robbery. The victim stated she was robbed of property. The suspects were identified as Michael Hinton, 24, of Takoma Park, Maryland, and Trevelyn Hinton, 24, also of Takoma Park, Maryland. Both men were arrested and charged with strong armed robbery and conspiracy to commit strong armed robbery. They were transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit for an appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
