On May 10, 2008, at approximately 3:35 a.m., Takoma Park Police responded to Ethan Allen Avenue and Woodland Avenue for reports of an armed robbery. The victim was walking home when he was approached by two black males who displayed a handgun and demanded property. The suspects took property and then fled in a white Chevy cab that was parked on Woodland Avenue. The victim stated there could have been a third suspect driving the vehicle. The suspect vehicle left Woodland Avenue and turned right onto Ethan Allen Avenue towards New Hampshire Avenue. The victim was unharmed. Investigation continues under case #08026851.
