Chief Ronald A. Ricucci from the Takoma Park Police Department announces the arrest of Larus Emerson Warner, 45, of Silver Spring, Maryland.
On March 19, 2008, Larus was arrested for Strong Armed Robbery of a citizen, having occurred earlier in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland. With the assistance of Prince George’s County, Larus was apprehended and is currently being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit in Montgomery County, Maryland.
