FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On March 20, 2008, the United States Marshal Service arrested Reginald Lamont Cooper in Albuquerque, New Mexico, enroute to California. Cooper is wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting that occurred in the 8200 block of Roanoke Avenue on March 12, 2008. Cooper will be extradited back to Maryland to face charges. The Takoma Park Police Department would like to thank the United States Marshal Service and the Montgomery County Repeat Offender Service for their assistance in apprehending Cooper.
