FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on March 12, 2008, officers responded to 8209 Roanoke Avenue for reports of someone being shot. Officers arrived to find an adult male victim who had been shot twice in the abdomen. He was transported to Medstar and his condition is unknown at this time. Investigation reveals there was an altercation nearby and the victim sought assistance at the given address. There are no known suspects at this time.
