On March 1st at approximately 12:36 a.m., units responded to the 8200 block of Houston Avenue for reports of an armed robbery. The victim was walking home from work in the 8600 block of Flower Avenue when three unknown Hispanic males started to yell at him. The victim continued walking away but the suspects followed him to the 8500 block of Flower Avenue where they then demanded money. The victim indicated he did not have money and one of the suspects then pulled out a silver or gray automatic handgun from his back and pointed it at the victim. The suspects took property and fled on foot on Flower Avenue towards Piney Branch Road, where they then turned left on Piney Branch Road towards Sligo Creek Parkway. The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his thirties, wearing a gray-hooded sweat shirt. There is no other identifying information on the other two Hispanic male suspects.
