Citizen Armed Robbery and Assault (Weapon Displayed)
On December 3rd at approximately 3:20 p.m., units responded to the 1400 block of University Boulevard East for reports of a citizen armed robbery. The victim was walking in the 1400 block of University Boulevard East when he was approached by the first suspect who asked for money. The victim stated he didn’t have any and continued to walk. The first suspect approached him again with two additional suspects and assaulted him. The suspects obtained property and then fled on foot. The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 25-27 years of age, 5’6, 170 lbs. and was last seen wearing a girls type pink backpack, brown sweater, brown long-sleeved t-shirt and blue jeans. It is also believed that this suspect is armed with a knife. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 27-28 years of age, 5’3, 140 lbs. and was last seen wearing an Adidas backpack, black hoodie and blue jeans.
