Strong Armed Robbery (Weapons Displayed)
On November 20th at approximately 4:11 p.m., units responded to the area of Sligo Mill Road and Sheridan Road for reports of a citizen strong armed robbery. The victim was outside with friends when a gray Toyota Corolla, occupied by three black males and one black female, pulled up beside him. The three black males jumped out of the vehicle, all brandishing handguns, and demanded money. The victim’s friends fled; the victim was assaulted and property was taken. The suspects jumped back into the vehicle and drove off. The vehicle was being driven by a black female, who had shoulder length hair and was wearing a white shirt. The vehicle was last seen going south on Sligo Mill Road. Investigation continues by TPPD under case #07066026. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to please call us at 301-270-1100.
