Burglary
On November 5th at approximately 8:30 p.m., units responded to the 7500 block of Jackson Avenue for a report of a burglary that had occurred earlier. Armed Robbery with Handgun
On November 6th at approximately 12:14 a.m., units responded to the 7400 block of New Hampshire Avenue for reports of an armed robbery. The victim was approached by five black males with a black handgun. The suspects demanded money, to which the victim complied. Property was also taken. The suspects fled in a white Jeep Liberty with tinted windows. The vehicle was last seen going south on New Hampshire Avenue. The suspects are described as 5’7 to 5’9, with four of the suspects wearing dark clothing. One of the suspects, the one who was armed with the handgun, was wearing a white hoody with multi-colored prints on it. Investigation continues under case #07062781. Attempted Burglary
On November 6th at approximately 2:13 a.m. units responded to the 6000 block of New Hampshire Avenue for an alarm. Units arrived to find a business with the side plate glass window broken out. Burglary
On November 6th at approximately 2:33 a.m. units were checking businesses in the 6400 block of New Hampshire Avenue when a rear door to a business was discovered open. K9 responded and cleared the area. The side door glass window was broken. Property was taken. This incident may be related to the attempted burglary at 2:13 a.m. in the 6000 block of New Hampshire Avenue. Investigation continues by TPPD under case #07062790.
