Police Chief in Chicago for National Violent Crime Summit
Chief Ronald Ricucci is in Chicago September 25-26, 2007, for the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) National Violent Crime Summit. He is meeting with police chiefs and political leaders to discuss the crime rate in America.
