On July 11, between 1:00 am and 1:40 am in the 7500 block of New Hampshire Avenue, a commercial burglary occurred. A window was broken. It is unknown if any property was taken. 07037928

On July 8 at 11:16 pm in the 100 block of Grant Avenue, an armed robbery occurred. An adult female was walking alone when she noticed a black SUV type vehicle parked ahead of her. The vehicle immediately drove up to her and a subject jumped out, displayed a handgun, took the victim’s backpack and emptied it on the ground. After taking some of the victim’s property, the subject fled in the vehicle. The victim was not injured. The subject was described as a black male, 5'9", slim build, dark complexion, short hair, wearing a white ball cap and a brown and gray striped shirt. 0737407

Arrests

On July 6 at 12:46 am in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, a criminal citation for consuming alcohol in public was issued to an adult male. 07036999

On July 8 at 11:30 pm in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue, two adult males were arrested and charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS. 07037476

On July 9 at 10:22 pm in the7200 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, reckless and negligent driving and several other traffic related offenses. 07037695
