On August 5 at 12:20 pm in the 6900 block of New Hampshire Avenue, a
criminal citation for disorderly conduct was issued to an adult male. 05-10054
On August 9 at 11:12 am in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was charged with trespassing. 05-10208

On August 9 at 5:49 pm in the 7600 block of Maple Avenue, a criminal citation for disorderly conduct was issued to an adult male. 05-10227
On August 10 at 11:52 am in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with theft under $500, 2nd degree assault, tampering with a motor vehicle and rogue and vagabond after the owner of a parked vehicle caught the suspect in his car, attempting to steal items. 05-10256
On August 11 at 9:31 am in the 1100 block of University Blvd., an adult male was charged with Theft and 2nd Degree Assault. 05-10284
Crime ReportsBetween August 5 at 10:00 pm and August 6 at 4:00 am in the 7600 block of Maple Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1994 Chrysler Minivan. 05-10083
Between August 5 at 11:05 pm and August 6 at 7:30 am in the 6700 block of Prince George's Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1989 Olds Delta88. 05-10084
Between August 5 at 10:30 pm and August 6 at 10:00 am in the 6500 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1997 Ford Crown Victoria. 05-10095
On August 6 at 1:30 pm in the 1100 block of University Blvd., an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 2000 Dodge Intrepid. The victim was returning to his vehicle which was in a parking lot when he saw a subject enter and drive it away. The subject was described as a black male, 18-22 years old, 5'9", 160 lbs, medium build, medium complexion, black hair, wearing a white tee shirt and blue jeans. 05-10100
On August 5, between 4:45 pm and 7:45 pm in the 6900 block of Kentland Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 2000 Dodge Intrepid. 05-10107
Between August 7 at 1:00 pm and August 8 at 4:00 am in the 7600 block of Fenton Street a commercial burglary occurred. It is unknown how entry to the storage containers was gained. Property was taken. 05-10169
Between August 6 at 4:30 pm and August 7 at 8:50 pm in the 7200 block of Flower Avenue, a residential burglary was attempted. A window screen was removed in the attempt. Doors to a detached shed were also tampered with. No property was taken. 05-10268
Between August 9 at 8:00 pm and August 10 at 8:00 pm in the 900 block of East West Highway, a residential burglary occurred. The doors of a detached shed were pried open to gain entry. Property was taken. 05-10269
On August 10, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm in the 7100 block of Holly Avenue, a residential burglary occurred. A basement window was smashed
in order to gain entry. Property was taken. 05-10257
On August 10, between 6:10 pm and 7:00 pm in the 7600 block of Takoma
Avenue, an auto theft occurred. Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim's keys from an unsecured locker in a building, then stole the 2004 Hyundai XG350 parked outside. 05-10267
