Arrests
On July 16 at 3:23 am in the 8600 block of Flower Avenue, an adult male was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol, Failure to Drive Right of Center and Driving Without a License. 05-9110

On July 16 at 3:45 pm in the 1300 block of University Blvd., an adult male was charged with Disorderly Conduct. 05-9129

Arrests(cont'd):
On July 17 at 11:25 pm at the intersection of Piney Branch Road and Ritchie Avenue, an adult female was charged with Possession of False Documents and False Statement to a Police Officer. 05-9163

On July 19 at 7:54 pm in the 6300 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an adult male was charged with Theft under $100 and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia. 05-9268

On July 21 at 9:30 am in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue, an adult female was arrested on an open Montgomery County Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Theft Under $500. 05-9224

Crime Reports
On July 16 at 12:32 am in the 7300 block of Willow Avenue, an armed robbery occurred. Two adult women were walking when they were approached by two subjects who demanded money. One subject displayed a handgun. The subjects walked away after the victims handed over their cash. Neither victim was injured. The subjects were described as black males, wearing black clothing. One was 5'9-10" and wearing a black baseball hat. No further description was given. 05-9106

On July 17, between 2:00 am and 9:55 am in the 7600 block of Maple Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1995 Mercury Marquis. 05-9160

On July 18, between 3:00 pm and 11:30 pm in the 7500 block of Wildwood Drive, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1995 Crown Victoria. 05-9241

On July 21 between 5:45 am and 7:20 pm in the 7600 block of Flower Avenue, a burglary occurred. It is unknown how entry was gained. Property was taken. 05-9348

On July 21 at 9:49 pm in the 7400 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an armed robbery occurred. An adult male was standing by his parked vehicle when two subjects approached him, pointed guns at him and demanded his money. The victim handed over his wallet and the subjects fled on foot. The victim was not injured. The subjects were described as black males, 18-20 years old, 5'7"-5'8", 160lbs, small build, dark complexion, one wearing a white tee shirt, black hat and blue jeans, the other wearing a black shirt and black jeans. 05-9350

On July 19, between 3:00 pm and 3:19 pm in the 1100 block of University Blvd., an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what method was used to steal the 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. 05-9260

On July 19 at 2:40 pm in the 7300 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an attempted armed robbery occurred. An adult male was entering his vehicle when a subject exited the passenger side of a Ford Thunderbird parked next to him, pointed a gun at him and demanded his keys. The victim ran into a nearby building without giving the subject anything. He was not injured. The subjects fled. The subject/passenger was described as a black male, in his 20's, 5'9", 140lbs, slim build, dark complected, short hair, wearing a gold and burgundy jersey. The driver was described as a black male in his 20's, dark complected, dark hair. 05-9258
