Arrests:
On June 3 at 12:34 pm in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue, an adult male was arrested on an open Montgomery County warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. 05-7288
On June 3 at 9:55 pm at the intersection of Philadelphia Avenue and Piney Branch Road, an adult male was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Impaired by Alcohol and Failure to Yield to Oncoming Traffic. 05-7302
Arrests (cont'd):
On June 5 at 1:52 am in the 7700 block of Maple Avenue, a criminal citation for Theft Under $500 and a traffic citation for driving without a driver's license were issued to an adult male. 05-7361
On June 5 at 7:46 pm in the 8200 block of Roanoke Avenue, an adult female was arrested and charged with two counts of Malicious Destruction of Property, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Reckless Endangerment and Resisting arrest. 05-7407
On June 5 at 11:55 pm in the 1300 block of University Blvd., a criminal citation for carrying an open alcoholic beverage on retail/commercial property was issued to an adult male. 05-7414
On June 6 at 3:15 am in the 7600 block of Piney Branch Road, an adult male was arrested on an open Montgomery County Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. 05-7415
On June 6 at 9:20 am in the 1100 block of University Blvd., a criminal citation for theft under $500 was issued to an adult male. 05-7422
On June 6 at 11:15 am in the 1100 block of University Blvd., a criminal citation for theft under $500 was issued to an adult female. 05-7426
On June 7 at 3:41 pm in the 7500 block of Maple Avenue, an adult male was arrested on an open Montgomery County warrant for theft over $300. 05-7434
On June 8 at 1:58 pm in the 900 block of Merrimac Drive, two adult males were charged with Theft Over $500 and Auto Theft. 05-7518
On June 9 at 12:12 am in the 7700 block of Maple Avenue, an adult male was arrested and charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS Paraphernalia and Trespassing. 05-7544
Crime Reports
On June 3 at 2:06 am in the 7600 block of New Hampshire Avenue, a commercial burglary occurred. A door of the building was pried open. Property was taken. 05-7278
On June 6, between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm in the 5500 block of Westmoreland Avenue, an auto theft occurred. It is unknown what means were used to steal the 1997 Honda Accord. 05-7419
On June 6, between 7:40 am and 3:30 pm in the 1200 block of Myrtle Avenue, a residential burglary occurred. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. Property was taken. 05-7435
Between June 4, time unknown and June 6 at 9:18 pm in the 7200 block of
Flower Avenue, a residential burglary occurred. Entry was gained through a window. Property was taken. 05-7447
On June 7 at 1:30 pm in the 1200 block of Myrtle Avenue, a residential burglary was attempted. The screen of an open window was removed. No property was taken. 05-7472
On June 9 at 1:32 pm in the 7400 block of New Hampshire Avenue, an auto
theft occurred. It is unknown what means were used to steal the 1999 Plymouth Neon. A subject described as a black male, in his 20's, 5'10", 160lbs, small build, dark complexion, wearing dark pants and a dark blue shirt, was seen driving the vehicle away. 05-7563
