The Literacy Council of Montgomery County will be offering a 10 week ESOL course for adults at the Silver Spring Library beginning Jan 13 2010, MWF 2-5. Attending orientation (Jan 4 or 6) is REQUIRED. Orientation is First Come First Served. Classes are free but the books cost about $40.
The Council also offers free tutoring, on occasion in Takoma Park. Tutors meet with students at various locations. Please call them at 301.610.0030
